Christa,
Office Manager

Christa has lived in the Fairfield/Vacaville area for the last 20 years. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration in 2007. Christa has over eight years of experience in various aspects of the fitness industry. Her strongest points are customer service, sales, organization and administrative tasks. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and working out. Christa looks forward to meeting all new members and assisting in any way she can to help them meet their goals.

Sarah, Sales Manager

Sarah is from Bakersfield, California. She moved to the Vacaville area in 2004. Sarah studied Cosmetology and is a graduate of Solano Community College. Sarah has a long history in sales and customer service, including Harley Davidson. Sarah is looking forward to utilizing her skills to help expand our new gym. She is looking forward to meeting all the new perspective clientele and assisting you with all of your fitness needs and goals.

Kylie, Sales Manager

Kylie is a trained Emergency Medical Technician and also works for Medic Ambulance. A life-long athlete, she loves to workout, play soccer and other sports. She played soccer for 13 years, volleyball for four years and coached a soccer team in Vallejo, Ca. Kylie has worked in the fitness field for over seven years and looks forward to continuing her work with Vacaville Fitness while she continues her education.

Christina, B.A. Exercise Biology,
A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, it is Christina's aspiration to educate and motivate individuals to their optimal fitness potential as well as inspire them to continue reaching goals on their own. Her passion for health and fitness stemmed from her very active 18 years of growing up in Santa Clara, CA. After graduating high school, she decided to further her education in the exercise science field at the University of California, Davis. While playing sports throughout her life, Christina discovered an interest in corrective biomechanics, opening the field for sports rehabilitation and physical therapy. Throughout her education, she held various physical therapy internship positions; where in turn she discovered a passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals. This lead Christina to where she is today, a certified A.C.E (American Council on Exercise) fitness trainer. Now that you know a little about Christina, she would like the opportunity to meet and get to know each and every club member. Her aspiration is to help members and clients reach a fitness goal of their own, and working as a team will often make it easier and more enjoyable to meet those ambitions. Personal Trainers and Instructors
Vacaville Fitness has assembled the finest personal training staff. Among our staff there are differences in age, experience, areas of specialization and expertise. While we have some of the brightest and most talented recent graduates of national certification or college programs in personal training, we also have personal trainers with highly visible national profiles, advanced degrees and several publications to their credit. All of our trainers are certified with yearly continuing education credits and CPR certified.

Eddie, AMFPT AND NCCPT
Certified Personal Trainer


Eddie specializes in weight loss programs, nutrition counseling and custom training routines. He has trained with body builders as well as marathon runners. He likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise & sound nutritional planning. Eddie has the ability to create a large vari
ety of effective workouts without straying away from the basic scientific principles of weight training, making his workouts fun and never boring. As your trainer, he will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve ALL of your fitness goals. With your determination and his dedication, you can achieve the healthy lifestyle you have been looking for.


Valerie, Certified Zumba Instructor,
Certified Yoga Instructor


Valerie Estrella will teach you how to have fun with our basic Zumba Fitness class and offer you an effective cardiovascular workout at the same time! The choreography is designed to be simple and lively and you will find yourself happily addicted to this healthy activity in no time! Valerie teaches yoga at all levels. She will show you various options that will allow you to ease into the poses while at the same time challenging you to improve your performance. You will learn how to breathe properly and relax into stretches that will have you feeling blissfully decompressed at the end of each class. Valerie has a background in massage therapy, Pranic healing and meditation. She is also a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and is an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor. She is licensed in Zumba Fitness and is a Certified Les Mills Body Flow and CXWorx Instructor as well.



Alicia,
Certified Zumba Instructor


"I feel the music in my soul!" This is the feeling that makes Alicia so passionate about Zumba! From the first time she took class, she knew she wanted to become an instructor and share this amazing way of staying fit with others. Alicia's experiences as a Certified Nursing Assistant have helped develop her style as an effective fitness instructor. Becoming an instructor was a natural step for Alicia, as all of her professional experiences have been in the leadership field. She has always loved leading groups to help them grow and improve. Alicia's passion for Zumba is evident in her smile every time she steps foot in the gym. She loves every element of the Zumba program: the music, the exercise, the rhythms, and the energy that develops among the attendees within each and every Zumba class. Being a part of the progress and success of individuals reaching their fitness and weight loss goals has been immensely motivating and rewarding to Alicia.

Elizabeth,
Certified Zumba Instructor


Elizabeth loves to dance! Ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, country line dancing, Latin ballroom, belly dancing, Zumba, you name it! She was a member of the American River College dance team. She teaches a variety of age groups, from young children to seniors, and at all skill levels. She loves choreographing to new mainstream music as well as keeping up to date with the traditional Zumba playlist. She also brings in influences from all forms of dance into her choreography. Elizabeth loves sharing her joy of dance with anyone who is willing to learn. Have fun while you shed away extra pounds and tone your body! "Why walk when you can dance!"


Terry, E.M.T. and
Personal Trainer


Terry is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician. His love for fitness began when he was in the military training recruits who were getting ready to enter Marine Corps boot camp. He worked with recruits using calisthenics and high intensity cardio workouts helping them to reach the Marine Corps standards to start boot camp. Terry is dedicated and determined to get you where you want to be. He believes that with the proper combination of nutrition and exercise you will have the healthy lifestyle you have been looking for. He values each of his clients and makes it his top priority to help them achieve their personal fitness goals. Terry helps his clients learn not to only achieve their fitness goals, but also learn the life skills required to continue their journey of healthy living.
